"I have been insured with this office of State Farm for 17 years and they have always stayed in contact and besides that I want to commend them on 2 things: 1) A couple of years ago there was an accident in my garage that left it structurally unsafe. I called State Farm and they sent a representative same week and agreed to have it knocked down and rebuild a new one much better as the codes have changed. There was no hesitation and they were prompt with everything 2) The 2nd commendation prompted me to write this today .... It looks like in an effort to please their customers they instituted a policy of reviewing and let me know that I was over insured by a lot which was my choice many years ago but not necessary now. Bottom line, due to their review, i am saving $ 1,731 per year. Additionally, she advised me that my ADT was not registered with them and if I get proof, they will give me retroactive $ back which will add up to real money. They did not have to tell me either of these things to save me money and they did and I am grateful and that speaks highly of them"

"I have been working with Lynn Murtha from State Farm at this office for about 19 years and then with her before that when she was with another State Farm office until her boss there retired. I always get excellent, personalized service but this week she went beyond the extra mile. She knows I am in a certain situation and she took it upon herself to research my life insurance policy and find out some extremely helpful information for me, without my even asking her. She even dropped the paperwork that I needed to sign, to my house AFTER working hours. This State Farm office is truly more than my Good Neighbor and I would not even think about changing companies becuase of all of the friendly, and personalized service they give! "This place is literally a scam every six months your insurance goes up without warning. I came here from Allstate because they offered me a good rate for home and auto, not knowing that within six months, my policy rates would be going up and up. I haven’t been in any accidents and even had the drive safe installed in my vehicles, thinking I would be getting a discount. Auto and home Insurance went up $800 this policy period. When you call to have a discussion, they claim that there is nothing they can do about it."

The person who i was transfer to speak with "claimed " to be the office manager Lin, she was very rude, didn't even greet me even though I did. Claimed to be busy and was unable to help me. I called back and spoke to Wendy and she was very kind to see what was going on with my policy and offered to help me. I am speechless to be treated with so much disrespect from someone who claims to be a manager."
